Corn Flake Drops Recipe By : Mark Kay from Cookie Bake Servings : 1 Categories : Cookies 1 cup Peanut Butter, Creamy 1 bag Butterscotch Chips 6 cups Corn Flakes, * see note Melt creamy peanut butter and butterscotch chips in microwave until most of the chips are melted and stir. Break up the Corn Flakes a little with a wooden rolling pin (or spoon). * You can add more flakes if the batter looks too runny. (The mixture is sticky when dropping the cookies. You can butter your fingers to aid in dropping onto the paper.) Mix together and drop by spoonful on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator or cool garage to set.
